A C Whalan & Co Pty Ltd is a 87-year-old, family owned and operated company, We are seeking to engage an Office Administrator to be based in our Mackay office.
Reporting to the Branch manager and CFO, this position requires the employee to be multi skilled in office administration with experience in AP/ AR process.
Applicants should possess a positive attitude, enjoy being part of a team, have a strong customer service focus and sound understanding of office administration and support. Responsible for client liaisons & involvement in the day-to-day office administration, entering of customer orders, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, dispatch, inventory control and data entry.
A full time position with Flexible working hours is on offer to the successful applicant.
