You will provide executive and governance support to the Superintendent, Youth Crime Group.
Your Key Accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
* Provide high quality, well researched advice, options and strategies to the Superintendent on Youth Justice matters and across Youth Justice operations.
* Overview and coordination of timely responses requiring Youth Justice input and data on parliamentary matters such as Questions on Notice, Possible Parliamentary Questions, Discussion papers and Estimates briefs.
* Prepare high level correspondence on behalf of the Superintendent including ministerial of incoming correspondence, advice to QPS Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members and matters relevant to ongoing committees.
* Develop, implement and review executive support systems and procedures within the office of the Superintendent whilst providing leadership to the executive support resources.
* Develop effective relationships with and provide high quality advice, support and services to internal and external clients and stakeholders.
* Prepare and review governance papers, complex briefings, submissions and reports including Risk Registers and Business Continuity Plans for the Superintendent and Leadership Team to support business operations.
* Plan and manage projects and initiatives on behalf of the Superintendent, reporting on the progress, outcomes and deliverables.
