Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Assistant at The UGG Shop, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist customers in selecting products, provide detailed product information, and ensure the store is well-presented. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and eager to be a part of a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and engage with customers, providing friendly and personalized service.
* Assist customers in finding the right products, explaining features, and offering styling advice.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
* Handle cash register operations, including sales transactions and refunds.
* Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring shelves are full and displays are attractive.
* Assist with inventory management and stock counts as needed.
* Build and maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
* Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
* Actively participate in store promotions and marketing activities.
* Uphold store standards by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
* A team player who is motivated and eager to learn.
* Basic computer skills for point-of-sale systems.
