Executive Assistant Role
The Executive Assistant position is a critical support role that ensures the smooth operation of the Office of the Mayor and General Manager.
This includes providing administrative support, ensuring the effective conduct of Council meetings and Mayoral events, and providing timely information and assistance to Councillors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Office of the Mayor and General Manager
* Ensure the smooth conduct of Council meetings and Mayoral events
* Provide information and assistance to Councillors
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
* Sound understanding of the role of Council and Councillors
* Demonstrated experience and capability in delivering key accountabilities
* Developed level key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table
