Recoveries Paralegal Position

* Assist with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims and related litigation matters.
* Gain exposure to legal processes, client interaction, and drafting court documents.
* Work collaboratively with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review invoices and out-of-pocket expenses for repairs, hire cars, towing fees, etc.
* Draft Letters of Demand and General Procedure Claims (Magistrates Court).
* Liaise with insurers, brokers, and clients to progress matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
* Confident communicator - comfortable making calls and sending emails to clients and stakeholders.
* Organised and able to manage a high volume of files and prioritise effectively.
