Bookkeeping Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end bookkeeping processes, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations;
* Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS);
* Assist clients with payroll compliance, including Single Touch Payroll (STP), superannuation, and WorkCover;
* Support the delivery of quarterly management reporting;
* Help clients get the most out of cloud-based accounting systems, such as Xero.

What You'll Need:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations;

* Excellent communication and organisational skills;
* Proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems, such as Xero.
