About The Role You’ll work with our established multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver the highest standard of care and podiatry treatment using a person‑centred approach. Your main aim will be to maintain and encourage client independence in addition to considering their physical and social wellbeing.
You will have support from our Statewide Allied Health team in the form of clinical supervision from senior clinical staff, administrative staff and Allied Health Assistants in managing case load and the clinical service requirements.
Enjoy flexibility in days and working hours
Work collaboratively within an established MDT to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred podiatry care
Focus on maintaining and supporting client independence, while considering physical and social wellbeing
Receive ongoing clinical supervision from senior podiatrists, support from Allied Health Assistants, and administrative assistance
Deliver care in a clinic‑based setting with community home visits as required
Access structured support from a senior podiatrist and the Allied Health Podiatry Discipline Lead
Build and grow a community caseload, gaining exposure to varied and complex clients
Contribute to expanding podiatry services within the local geographic area
Manage your own caseload with realistic productivity targets

Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential)

Current AHPRA registration with unlimited work rights (essential)
Commitment to working within the Philosophy, Policies and Procedures of BlueCare and the Uniting Church of Australia
Strong clinical capability in podiatry assessment and treatment for community‑based clients, including aged care, disability, and health & wellbeing needs
Accurate and timely documentation skills, with confidence using digital systems for record keeping
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, carers and colleagues
Collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team environment
Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a caseload to meet service and client needs
Ability to identify additional client needs and coordinate appropriate referrals to other BlueCare services
Confidence in meeting all required probity and compliance checks
