This role is a chance to apply your D365 expertise to work that matters - improving how care is coordinated and delivered across the country.As a D365 Functional Consultant / Business Analyst – Finance and Supply Chain, you'll play a key role in bringing this vision to life.
You'll work closely with finance and operational teams to understand business needs, shape practical solutions, and ensure new capabilities are successfully delivered and adopted.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help streamline processes, support design and testing, and make sure the platform delivers real value - improving efficiency and accuracy across critical business functions that support care delivery nationwide.Key responsibilitiesAs a D365 Finance and Supply Chain Functional Consultant / Business Analyst, you'll bridge business needs with technical delivery in a hybrid agile environment, helping shape the implementation of our Enterprise Operations Care System by:Turn needs into build-ready work- capture finance and supply chain requirements and convert them into clear user stories with robust acceptance criteria, aligned to release plans.Design for usability and scale- map processes and co-design solutions that favourconfigure-over-customisein D365 Finance, Supply Chain and CE to reduce complexity and speed adoption.Align stakeholders- facilitate workshops with SMEs, architects and delivery teams, clarifying trade-offs so decisions are transparent and feasible.Assure quality- coordinate sprint and UAT testing, triage feedback and defects, and ensure documentation is up to date for a smooth BAU handover.
Develop specifications in close consultation with vendor teams, covering roles and permissioning, entity and relationship modelling, data attributes, workflows, business rules, Power Automate flows, reports, dashboards, and test scripts.Support integrations- contribute practical inputs to finance and supply chain integration specifications to keep experiences joined-up from day one, including analysis of legacy database schemas and mapping to target state features.About you5+ years as a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst on D365 Finance or AX, plus 1+ year on D365 Supply Chain (or equivalent experience)Confident stakeholder facilitation and the ability to align diverse perspectives to practical solutionsCertifications: Microsoft Certified: D365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate and D365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate/Expert or equivalent hands on experience essential.Bonus: degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Systems; experience in health or aged care; experience with Microsoft D365 CE; exposure to trust accounting and budget management.Join a highly collaborative team, backed by a leading NFP with a clear purpose and strong support to grow your career.
