About the role The Nurse Unit Manager's (NUM) primary responsibilities are to manage the workflow of the day-to-day and will be allocated to all modalities on a fair and shared basis.
The NUM will manage staff recruitment and performance management in liaison with the Nurse Operations Manager.
You will conduct workplace inductions, promote a learning environment, and support the professional development of all staff members.
Being able to work autonomously and collaboratively, possess advanced knowledge in medical imaging and general nursing.
Our Nurse Unit Managers lead by example, provide current evidence-based care, and oversee the implementation of all required standards, policies and procedures and current legislation.
