We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Agent to join a busy and supportive medical clinic team in Western Australia. This is a fast-paced role where you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth processing of orders for both hospital and home patients. About the Role You will be responsible for managing customer interactions and processing orders efficiently, while ensuring a high standard of service delivery. You will liaise with patients, hospitals, and internal teams to coordinate timely supply of medical products and spare parts. Key Responsibilities Process and manage hospital and home patient orders end-to-end Create and manage new customer account set-ups in SAP Handle a high volume of i nbound and outbound calls Coordinate spare parts and product deliveries Maintain accurate records and data entry in SAP Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and clinical teams Monitor order progress and resolve issues efficiently About You Previous experience in a Customer Service in an office or call centre Prfevoiud experience working with of SAP is preferred Confident handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls Experience in medical or healthcare environment highly regarded Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Able to work in a f ast-paced environment with competing priorities If you would like to be a part of this Global Medical organisation and have what it takes, please apply
