About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar retail or hospitality environment, with a proven track record of leadership and team development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
A strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
