**Key Responsibilities**
* Service and repair of products
* Assist with maintenance of spare parts
* Assists in developing, implementing and improving procedures in the Service Department
* Assists with Quality Control inspections
* Assist with Rework of Products when required
* Building and arranging of stock for the Warehouse shop
* Assists with product improvement
* Assist in the maintenance of quarantined stock
* Assists with general building maintenance
* Comply with policies, procedures and instructions in the workplace health and safety manual
* Complete any and all other tasks as required
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Maintains a high quality of repairs/service
* Completes department administrative procedures accurately and in a timely manner
* Initiates, develops, implements and improves quality procedures
* Manages task prioritising efficiently and effectively
* Good mechanical aptitude
* Sound knowledge of product and spare parts
* Computer skills - Word, Excel
* Sound numerical and literacy skills
**Job Benefits**
* Full-time, Permanent position
* $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year salary
* 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday schedule
