About The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership for Immunopathology, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
* Oversee the implementation of clinical standards and governance accountabilities for medical staff within the department
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in Immunopathology
Requirements:
* Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians
* Full medical registration with AHPRA
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage human resources, including performance management
