Hair Transplant Assistant/Receptionist - Brisbane
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Hair Transplant Receptionist/Assistant (hybrid role) to join our growing and enthusiastic team based in Spring Hill, Brisbane.
The role will be part-time, requiring flexibility and the odd weekend days when required.

We are looking for a receptionist who is both non-clinical and clinical and genuinely enjoys working with people, who are charismatic, well-organised, and passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves.
This role will require some assisting in procedures as well as front desk/reception duties.
You will have the ability to take a stressful situation and turn it into a positive, memorable experience for our customers and fellow staff members.
You must have experience and/or a strong interest in cosmetic medicine.
The right candidate will be instrumental in delivering one of our core values – World Class Care.
You will:
Assist with all front desk duties – reporting to the practice manager
Greet and check in clients
Book and reschedule appointments and consultations
Process booking forms and distribute welcome packs to new clients
Work in tandem with the accounts department to ensure timely invoicing and payment collections
Maintain client information in our CRM software
Assist specialist doctor in all activities related to hair transplant procedures
Consult prospective customers over the phone and in-person
Treat every patient with courtesy and respect
Always look for ways to WOW your team members and customers
Assist in the day-to-day running of the clinic

A good level of stamina and ability to concentrate
Strong organisational skills
Resilience
Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility with working hours when required (occasional weekend and extended weekday hours may be needed on short notice)
Ability to travel interstate when needed
Ability to be flexible
