About The Role
As Plant Operator B you will be part of the Gravel Roads Team and assist with maintenance of over 250km of Ipswich City Councils unsealed road network.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Operate plant and equipment
* From time to time operate heavy vehicles (water truck)
* Undertaking detailed maintenance of roads and drainage assets
* Complete road maintenance in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Current HR Driver Licence
* Experience driving heavy vehicles which could include motor grader, roller or front end loader/articulated wheeled loader
* Demonstrated background in civil construction and/or maintenance activities in relation to unsealed roads
