The purpose of this job is to support the effective and efficient operation of the practice by assisting the Practice Manager and ensuring high standards of operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Strong leadership and people skills – support and coach your team, manage schedules, help staff perform their best, and step in as Acting Practice Manager when needed.
• Operational and financial skills – help track goals, budgets, and practice performance, and take part in improving processes to make the practice run smoothly.
• Excellent communication and organisation – coordinate meetings, keep everyone informed, and handle orders, invoices, and staff administration efficiently.
• Customer‐focused and responsible – ensure patients get fair and positive outcomes, follow safety and compliance rules, and act as a role model for Bupa's values.
