Join a Growing WA Seafood Business Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Operations & Accounts Coordinator to support our busy seafood processing facility in Hamilton Hill. Working closely with the General Manager, this hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys balancing accounts, logistics, compliance, and administration responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts administration using Xero Maintain accurate inventory and stock records Coordinate freight bookings, deliveries, and logistics scheduling Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance systems Support packaging coordination and production labelling Manage banking and general financial administration Coordinate supplier orders and operational support tasks Assist with HR administration and office coordination Oversee site administration including maintenance scheduling and services About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Previous experience in operations, logistics, production, manufacturing, or similar environments Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software Certificate IV in Accounting (desirable) and Bookkeeping (minimum) Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously Strong communication skills and a proactive approach A practical, team-oriented mindset What We Offer Stable, full-time opportunity with a growing WA business Competitive salary package based on experience Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture On-the-job training and system support Company mobile phone provided Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
