About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our supportive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each patient.
The successful applicant will work across 3 Recovery Units and multiple specialties. This is a Temporary fulltime position with excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Assessing and prioritizing patient care needs
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans
* Coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care
The successful applicant will be a positive and effective team player who brings excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration with AHPRA
* 2 years' experience across recovery units desirable
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Ability to ensure excellence in customer service
