About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, career-minded Site Supervisor/Foreman to join our team in Canberra. You'll play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile defence project, leading site activities and ensuring quality, safety, and collaboration across the build.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and delivering multiple subcontractor and trade packages (structure, services & finishes)
- Developing short and medium-term construction programs
- Leading quality control and site safety initiatives
- Communicating effectively with engineering and commercial teams
- Applying a strong understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and building-related goals
About You
- Intermediate experience in construction/building delivery in a site supervision/management role
- Relevant trade qualification
- Experience with holistic trade package delivery (structure, services, and finishes)
- Background with mid to top-tier builders/contractors/projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Diverse project experience preferred
- Must be an Australian permanent resident
