About your new role
* Your passion and enthusiasm will see you lead a classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program for our Kindergarten children
* You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your classroom and flexible routines
* Lead educator to provide creative learning experiences
* Mentor and lead your room team to include collaboration, reflection and respect
* Demonstrate an understanding of the Victorian Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
* You will work at all times in compliance with Government Regulations to meet high quality standards
* Networking with relevant stakeholders in the local community
* You will provide a comprehensive transition to school program
About you
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
* Experience in an early childhood setting
* Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
* Teacher Registration
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to lead a room environment
