Our Client based in Sydney is looking for an experienced HRIS Officer to join the team. As part of the Payroll Team within the award-winning People and Culture business unit, you will work amongst talented and enthusiastic professionals who value collaboration within the team and ultimately, contributing to the development of the community.
**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
**DUTIES.**
- Analyse and maintain the integrity of the HRIS, with testing and updating as required
- Analysis of HR/Payroll statistical data and dashboards to support reporting requirements
- e.g. sick leave & overtime reports
- Maintenance of the Establishment and associated Organisation Charts
- Identify areas of improvement for existing HRIS processes
- Support system administration including performance/talent management, remuneration & recruitment
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualifications in HRM or relevant
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High level of data analysis & interpretation skills, and time management skills
- Experience in HRIS implementation & maintenance
