If you are a strategic thinker, passionate about technology, and excited to lead a product vision from strategy to execution, we would love to hear from you.How you’ll make an impact as a Senior Technology Governance & Risk Manager at EasyPark ANZShape and drive the operational technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalabilityOversee the delivery and performance of all core platforms, applications, services, and technology vendors, ensuring operational excellence across the organisationLead the implementation and ongoing management of ITIL/ITSM processes, embedding a service-driven approach to IT operationsEnable and support other technology teams and business units with systems, tools, and processes that enhance productivity, resilience, and user experienceDevelop business cases for new technology investments, securing internal alignment and executive approval for strategic initiativesChampion cyber security and technology risk strategies, adapting to emerging threats while embedding a culture of security-first thinking across the organisationEnsure compliance with industry standards and frameworks, including oversight of audit processes and continuous improvement of risk and governance practicesPromote best practice across the organisation, acting as a trusted partner and advisor to internal stakeholders on technology use, risk, and governanceBe recognised as the internal authority on business technology strategy and delivery, guiding the organisation through complex digital decisionsManage key vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring delivery of value, performance, and compliance from third-party partnersLead and inspire a high-performing technology team, ensuring delivery of strategic objectives and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvementMonitor, report, and continuously improve technology team performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellenceOversee business system support operations, ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality service delivery across the organisationLead the administration, integration, and optimisation of Salesforce, ensuring it supports business growth and operational efficiencyManage cloud service providers and cloud infrastructure, maintaining secure, scalable, and cost-effective platformsOwn the implementation and annual review of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans (BCP/DRP) to ensure organisational resilience and readiness.Develop and manage robust IT onboarding and offboarding processes, delivering a seamless employee experience at every stage of the lifecycleOversee implementation and compliance with organisational security and training programs, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirementsManage the annual technology budget, providing accurate reporting and strategic input to senior leadership on technology investmentsLead the scoping and execution of major IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and business-critical technology rollouts—delivered on time and within budgetIdentify and drive continuous improvement opportunities, leveraging innovation, modern tooling, and inspirational leadership to elevate IT capabilities and outcomesKnowledge & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in IT, IT Risk, or a related field.3+ years of professional IT, Cybersecurity and Risk management experience.ITIL / ITSM CertificationAgile/Lean Certification or significant experienceCISSP/SSCP/CCSP certificationCloud Technologies and topologiesIT / Data / Security infrastructureRisk and Compliance ControlsPolicy managementStrategic planningBudget ControlSupport agreements & SLA’sStrong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindsetExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAn ability to foster strong working and stakeholder relationshipsDemonstrated BehavioursThrives in a collaborative environment and fosters teamwork across functionsDemonstrates leadership, initiative, and a self-starter mindsetAbility to prioritise and adapt to changing market and customer requirementsCan-do attitude and willingness to challenge the status quoStrong time and project management skills - thorough and demonstrates high attention to detail.Demonstrates ingenuity and has excellent problem-solving skillsWillingness to innovate and adopt new approaches, technologies or processesFlexible with working hours to support collaboration with global teams when requiredOpen to occasional national travel to support business needsTeam OverviewAt EasyPark, we love cities.
