Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing Operations, this role focuses on managing the Digital Asset Management system, internal design agency briefing, and Jira marketing project support. You will work in a cross-functional capacity within the Global Marketing team and partner with Regional Marketing, Technology Services, Product and Legal teams. The Marketing Project Manager should be skilled in people, processes and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
Manage the DAM system including administration, training, adoption, governance and agency management.
Ensure assets in the library are accurately catalogued, searchable and ready for use by various teams and asset creators.
Work with creative and translation agencies on asset uploads.
Manage and monitor usage rights of related assets.
Identify opportunities to improve metadata and usage across global and regional teams.
Collaborate with Tech Services on new feature releases, integrations, automations and AI initiatives.
Provide regular reporting on creative asset metrics and analysis.
Own the Vault Support mailbox and respond to queries within 24 hours.
Design Agency Process Management
Review all global and regional marketing briefs to ensure accurate information, adherence to lead times and identify synergies across projects.
Lead weekly WIPs with design agency and monthly prioritisation meetings with GTM team leads.
Follow up on pending information or elevate when required.
Ensure the design agency uploads promptly and catalogs assets accurately.
Review and approve PPD and SPD briefs in Jira – assign to relevant teams within design agency and ensure briefs are addressed promptly.
Assist design agency, global product and local product teams with Jira queries and training for new team members. Support creation of filters and dashboards when required.
Collaborate with others and contribute as a thought partner enabling broader success.
Jira Process Support
Support the development of the GTM Briefing Portal and identify additional briefing processes across global and regional teams.
Build Jira workflows and enhancements to existing processes such as Promotional Management, Event Support and EDM workflows.
Work with internal stakeholders to map out cross-functional processes and configure Jira projects in collaboration with the development team.
Lead training sessions and develop training material for new briefing processes.
Maintain documentation of Jira and Confluence implementations and administrative settings.
Perform testing and QA of new workflows and evolutions.
Qualifications
3–5 years' experience in marketing operations, digital or project management.
Proven ability to prioritise, organise and implement efficient and effective systems.
Process- and detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
Demonstrated ability to empathetically enforce compliance with related guidelines.
Deep comprehension and understanding of the product.
Experience in project and stakeholder management, process improvement and planning.
Great problem-solving skills with proven experience in identifying and solving complex problems quickly and effectively.
Familiarity with digital asset management software and project management tools; preferred experience with Brandfolder, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
Experience working in a fast-paced and challenging, global environment.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or project management.
Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with metadata, taxonomy, digital rights, search facets, and web-publishing processes.
