We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll across our growing team.We are looking for a Payroll Officer to work on a Part-Time basis on Mondays and Tuesdays at our Ravenhall office.What You’ll Be DoingProcess fortnightly and ad-hoc payrolls for approx. 150 employeesManage onboarding and offboarding in payroll systemsEnsure compliance with awards, tax, superannuation, and payroll regulationsResolve payroll-related queries with accuracy and careAssist with monthly and EOFY reporting (Super, WorkCover, Payroll Tax)Support broader payroll and finance functionsWhat You’ll BringPayroll experience, with strong award interpretation skillsSolid understanding of payroll compliance and superannuationExperience with HR3 payroll system (highly regarded)Horticulture/agriculture experience (advantageous)Excellent communication, accuracy, and a team-first attitudeWhy Flavorite?We’re Growing – and You Can TooWith over 30 years of experience, Flavorite is a second-generation, family-owned Australian business rapidly expanding our footprint across the country.
