Key Responsibilities

* Lead systematic curriculum review processes, applying data-informed insights to strengthen teaching practice and drive improvement in student learning outcomes.
* Collaborate with the executive team to lead whole-school priorities and initiatives that promote student success.
* Demonstrate expertise in teaching and learning, providing high-quality professional development opportunities for staff.
* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
Requirements
* Unconditional full approval to teach.
* A successful teaching background with a proven track record of driving improvement in teaching, learning, and classroom practice.
* Strong educational leadership skills, including the ability to build capacity and manage performance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage students, staff, and parents.
* Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and student welfare, with the ability to design quality, inclusive teaching programs.
