Modular solutions administrator (0.5 fte)

TRILITY is seeking a driven part-time Administrator to join their Modular Solutions team in Yatala, QLD. This role will be working 22.8 hours a week (0.5 FTE) and the successful candidate can choose to split the hours between 3, 4 or 5 days per week.

The role

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administration support for Modular Solutions’ projects, including but not limited to procurement, document control and production, and other administration tasks as required. You will also be responsible for supporting the administration function of the overall Solutions team as required.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with the procurement of items for Modular Solutions projects

* Liaise with suppliers, obtain quotes, facilitate supplier setup in SAP, raise purchase orders in SAP, organise freight, receipt purchase orders in SAP and assist account payable with the processing of invoices

* Ordering of office consumables, stationery, etc

* Document control including manuals and management plans

* Project filing and maintaining project registers

* Coordination and tracking of variation claims etc through client portals

* Entry of time sheet allocations to job files, time sheets and entry into SAP

* Assist with travel organisation if required

* Organising and booking training

* Maintain customer records, including contacts and site equipment

* Ensure compliance with Modular Solutions policies and procedures

The skills and experience you bring to the role

* Strong administration experience preferably in project administration

* Working knowledge of SAP highly regarded

* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite

* Excellent organisational, interpersonal, communication and time management skills

* Ability to read & understand technical documents to determine project requirements

* Ability to liaise with suppliers for equipment pricing and quotes

* Ability to work well in a team environment
