We are a dynamic company, specialising in the design and installation of fibreglass Swimming Pools.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Support team member to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
This interesting diverse role includes the following tasks:
* Manage client enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and various sales related duties
* Coordinate appointments, meetings and site visits
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence from clients
* Administrate swimming pools sales - council approvals admin, preparation of digital contracts and client relations
* Scheduling and coordination of swimming pool construction including communication with contractors and preparation of sales invoices
* Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and tracking equipment
* Ensure smooth office operations and help with day-to-day tasks as needed.
* File documentation as required
The successful applicant will:
* Have experience in office administration and client care
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience with Xero is preferable but not essential
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, work well in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated and ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* Be confident and friendly
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Well presented, punctual & polite
* Have exceptional phone manner
