Administration Assistant | Level 2 | State Government | Temporary Assignment

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant to join a State Government department in Perth City. This role is for an immediate start, on an initial 6-month temporary contract.
**Your new role**
- Provides customer focused administrative support, including word processing and data entry
- Prepares and distributes agendas and minutes
- Receives and distributes incoming and outgoing correspondence and files to the management team
- Data and records management
- Arranges meetings and other events, including catering and booking of facilities
- Provides maintenance of contract documentation
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience providing customer-focused administrative support services
- Great communication (written and verbal) skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
