About the Role
We are currently looking for a Full Time Yardperson to join our concrete site in New Gisborne, VIC. This is a hands-on role responsible for forklift operation, loading trucks, and production.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous however on the job training is available.
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
* Have a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
* Be reliable and willing to muck in as part of a close-knit production team
* Be physically fit and capable of performing manual, hands-on work, including heavy lifting
* Be comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and dirty industrial environment
* Be safety-focused and able to follow instructions and procedures
* Take pride in producing quality work and meeting daily production targets
* Communicate clearly and work effectively with supervisors and team members
* Hold a full car drivers licence and forklift licence
