Job Description
We are seeking experienced and reliable cleaning contractors to join our growing team. As a contractor with HCD Property Services, you will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule while taking on cleaning assignments in residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for providing high‐quality cleaning services that meet our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising.
* Provide specialised services such as end‐of‐lease cleans and deep seasonal cleans.
* Clean and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
* Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the company's standards.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages found during cleaning.
* Communicate effectively with clients and the HCD Property Services team.
* Manage your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning. (desirable)
* Solid attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Good communication skills.
* Own cleaning supplies and equipment.
* ABN (Australian Business Number) and public liability insurance.
* Reliable transportation to travel to job sites.

* Competitive pay structure: 70% of the invoice amount goes to you, with the remaining 30% supporting the services provided by HCD Property Services.
