Overview
Coordinator, Semester and Mobility, NCP MASS – ReliefWeb, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. ReliefWeb job with Palladium International.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate commitment to the contract requirements and service delivery standards for the NCP MASS program.
* Coordinate Mobility and Semester Project grant administration activities.
* Monitor variation requests, input into a tracker, process variation requests in ISEO per guidelines, and update the tracker.
* Review project completion reports, approve or reject per requirements, and update the mobility refund tracker.
* Review statutory declarations, approve or reject per requirements, and update the mobility refund tracker.
* Support entry, monitoring and analysis of data in the ISEO system for NCP Mobility and NCP Semester Programs, in line with data quality standards and compliance.
* Use ISEO system reports to monitor university compliance, risk management and other requirements; send reminders to institutions.
* Undertake other tasks to effectively administer and support Mobility and Semester programs as required.
* Provide administration support for program governance and key events; assist at flagship events as required.
* Administration support for the annual Mobility Program selection processes (application, selection and award of grants).
* Support funds management tasks relevant to the NCP Mobility and Semester Programs.
* Input unspent mobility and semester funding into trackers for invoicing and reconciliation with the finance team.
* Monitor invoice payments to and from universities; assist finance with ad hoc queries and invoicing.
* Support communications, stakeholder engagement, MEL and reporting as required.
* Provide administration support for client and program governance meetings as required.
* Any other duties as required.
Required Skills And Competencies
* Manage a high-volume workload with the ability to set priorities, maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
* Experience using live online database systems and data entry/records management.
* Ability to apply policy and judgement to requests from external stakeholders and make considered decisions.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Effective problem-solving skills; able to gather information, make decisions based on evidence and escalate when needed.
* Sound judgement in applying guidelines and policies, including adapting to policy changes.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
