We have long established relationships with Australia's major Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters.
Due to strong and continued growth in the region, a unique opportunity has become available for an experienced and resourceful Site Supervisor / Estimator to come and join our growing Newcastle and Central Coast based team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Building Supervisor/ Estimator, you will work as part of an integral team helping to support our clients with restoring commercial or residential properties damaged by an insurable event.
Your role will involve:
* Managing a portfolio of residential & commercial insurance repair projects
* Engaging and managing trades, ensuring project schedules, costs, quality, and safety standards are met
* Providing regular effective communication and updates to our clients
* Maintaining internal systems and databases.
ABOUT YOU
* 3 years construction experience in residential building and/or insurance industry
* Previous experience in a similar role within the Insurance Building industry or managing Strata Plan claims
* White card or the ability to obtain
* Driver's License
* Cert IV in Building & Construction coupled with a Trade background i.e. Carpentry, highly regarded
* Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service to customers
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience managing multiple projects with strong organisation
* Ability to work well unsupervised and as part of a team
* Excellent eye for quality and detail.
