THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated and customer oriented professional with excellent time management skills to join our fast-paced team at Gepps Cross. The Digital Community Coordinator will be responsible for managing digital communications for Stratco and associated brands. This includes social media comments, social media messages, reviews, emails, and live chat, and will involve responding to and resolving enquiries to relevant contacts in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitor and manage social media comments and messages across a variety of digital platforms
* Respond in a timely manner to online reviews for Stratco Australia, USA and NZ
* Route enquiries and complaints across Trustpilot, ProductReview, Google Reviews, AddMe
* Operate as a live chat agent, handling any enquiries and responding to messages via Live Chat
* Email inbox management
ABOUT YOU
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to multitask competing priorities in a timely manner
* High level of typing efficiency and accuracy
* Attention to detail
* Great attitude and willingness to learn
* Live Chat, online review knowledge and social media page management experience is desirable
