You'll be responsible for building trusting relationships with patients, showcasing the value of Urban Smile treatment, leading a small team with energy and positivity, growing our patient base through collaborations and creative marketing campaigns, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, customer focus, technical comfort, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Bonus points if you have experience with orthodontics or clear aligners!
