Wenona is seeking passionate Casual Aquatic Receptionist and Pool Lifeguard to contribute to the safe, professional, and welcoming environment of the Wenona Aquatic Centre. **The Position**
- Supervise the aquatic facility, ensuring patron safety, water quality, and a clean, welcoming environment.
- Provide exceptional front desk service, including customer inquiries, bookings, and point-of-sale retail transactions.
- Respond promptly and effectively to first aid incidents and other emergencies.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks.
- Work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders while promoting water safety.
**Requirements of the role**
- Current Pool Lifeguard qualification with a minimum of two years' relevant experience.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence using IT systems, including MS Office and swim school software.
- Pool Plant Operator and/or Swim Teacher qualifications (desirable or willingness to obtain).
