About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be required to work 35 hours per week across a rotating roster, Monday to Friday.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality service to potential customers, providing detailed information on various courses while processing admissions and transactions on behalf of the Sales Team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer enquiries in a high-volume environment
* Delivering professional customer service
* Providing information on enrolment, courses, and admissions
* Processing sales and transactions
* Updating personal information into the database
* Records and database management, ensuring integrity and accuracy
* Establishing stakeholder relationships and facilitating collaboration
* Maintaining compliance with best practice and legislation
To succeed in this role, you will have:
1. Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume contact centre environment
2. Previous Sales experience highly advantageous
3. Professional, resilient, and confident with a customer service focus
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines
6. Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
7. Ability to work in a dynamic and changing fast-paced environment
8. Valid Working With Children's Check and National Police Check
9. Fully COVID vaccinated or medical exemption
10. Ability to commence immediately and commit to the duration of the assignment
