About the Role
This role involves managing the NSW Whole of Government health contract, focusing on growing and supporting our waste business unit. Key responsibilities include identifying additional growth opportunities, driving continuous innovation, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance with KPIs.
* Manage the NSW Whole of Government Health portfolio with a focus on growth, customer satisfaction, innovation, and environmental sustainability
* Provide strategic support to our New South Wales waste division through customer retention and baseline revenue expansion
* Identify and capitalise on additional growth opportunities within existing and new market segments
* Develop and implement continuous innovation strategies to enhance service delivery for current customers
