Responsibilities
* Providing multi-faceted senior administrative support and ensuring effective and efficient management of administrative processes to support the leadership team across a breadth of programs.
* Setting up and undertaking Victorian Assessment Software System (VASS) reporting requirements.
* Preparing a range of regular and ad-hoc reports, documentation and submissions, and coordinating meeting support including room booking, preparation, minutes, agendas and document dissemination.
* Supporting events and functions, including competition support.
* Maintaining a centralised electronic filing system for records (including Content Manager) to ensure accessibility and reliability of business information.
* Providing outstanding service when interacting with external contacts and students, and building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, industry partners and employers.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant Degree or Diploma qualifications in Business Administration or related disciplines, or extensive experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience providing high-level administrative support and service excellence in a complex and demanding working environment.
* Strong communication skills, conveying ideas and information clearly and engagingly to target audiences.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficiency with various software suites and databases.
* Successful track record in process improvement, utilizing creativity and internal networking to deliver projects.
* Ability to build rapport and effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Current Victorian driver's licence.
