About the role
We are excited to announce an opportunity to further strengthen our marketing capability in line with our continued growth. This role plays a key part in enhancing our brand presence and market performance through regular market and competitor analysis, innovative product and packaging development in partnership with the sales team, and targeted marketing support programs. You will lead the execution of comprehensive marketing plans aligned to business objectives, oversee social media initiatives, ensure compliance with packaging obligations, and deliver regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights. The role also contributes to fostering a strong safety culture within the team. This is a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, drive strategic initiatives, and support continued brand growth.
What you'll do
* Lead internal and external brand communications
* Develop and execute marketing, brand, and communication strategies aligned to business goals
* Deliver marketing programs within budget to drive brand growth and performance
* Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership with clear recommendations
* Analyze market, competitor, and category performance using relevant data platforms
* Identify and drive innovation opportunities based on insights and market trends
* Manage social media, website, and external agencies (strategy, content, and budget)
* Oversee packaging artwork and collaborate with suppliers, QA, and internal teams
* Support sales teams with retailer requirements, range reviews, and new product development
* Manage key data and industry agency relationships (e.g. Circana, NIQ)
* Support broader business needs including graphics, branding, and team materials
About You
Are you a data‐driven marketer who thrives on turning insight into action? With 5+ years' experience and a Marketing degree, you're confident using Aztec or Nielsen scan data, category insights and competitor analysis to shape strategy and drive performance. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are part of your toolkit, and you're hands‐on with packaging, rebrands and new product development – including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Commercially sharp, detail‐focused and comfortable presenting to stakeholders, you balance creativity with analytical thinking and manage your workload with confidence in a fast‐paced environment. What We're Looking For
* 5–7 years' experience in a similar role
* Degree in Marketing or a related field
* Proven experience growing and developing consumer brands
* Strong understanding of the FMCG market, with prior experience highly regarded
* Experience with Aztec, Unify, Nielsen or similar data platforms
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and cross‐functional priorities to tight deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and commercial outcomes
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including reporting and presentation development
* Experience in graphic design, with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
