Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to our members and contribute to the success of our club.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all member inquiries, providing friendly, helpful, and proactive service. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing overdue accounts with empathy and efficiency, processing cancellations accurately, and assisting with new member sign-ups and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Member Communication: Be the first point of contact for all member inquiries, delivering friendly, helpful, and proactive service.
* Payment Management: Monitor and manage overdue accounts with empathy and efficiency.
* Cancellations: Process cancellations accurately, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with club policies.
* Membership Sign-ups & Lead Generation: Assist with new member sign-ups and actively seek leads internally and externally to support club growth.
* Complaint Resolution: Handle member concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
Requirements
