Trentham Waters Resort is a Palm Springs-inspired resort nestled along the banks of the majestic Murray River at Trentham Cliffs, NSW. The resort will open in December 2025.
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our front-of-house operations to deliver a guest experience unlike any other. This is a career-defining role where you will help shape the future of Australia\'s newest resort.
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for:
overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant floor and bar, while ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability in line with Trentham Water's vision.
ensuring customer service, guest experience, venue presentation and product quality levels are always maintained to high standards by all staff.
identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in customer service, venue presentation and food & beverage quality.
ensuring the company policies and procedures are followed and all documentation is maintained.
assisting with front-of-house recruitment, training and inductions, evaluations and performance management.
implementing revenue strategies whilst developing and adhering to targets and budgets.
We are looking for someone with:
Significant experience in a similar role.
A proven track record of delivering a high level of customer service.
Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead a dynamic team.
Strong financial management skills.
Passion.
