The Role
We are looking for an experienced Registered nurse to provide support to our clients across the Hastings region. You will be providing clinical care to clients in their homes under the guidance of our Clinical Care Manager, as part of Home Care's clinical team.
What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring:
Overseeing and providing clinical care to clients under the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Nursing program, home care packages, NDIS, and other funding streams. Clinical services as required including comprehensive health assessments, wound care, and catheter care Liaising with GPs, discharge planners, and other stakeholders to achieve positive clinical outcomes for our clients Completing competencies with field staff Providing clinical insights to our office-based team Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and Australian Community Industry Standards
Who are you and what will you bring?
Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential Exceptional clinical skills including in comprehensive assessment and wound care Understanding of, and commitment to person-centred care Outstanding problem-solving skills and communication skills (including report writing and documentation) Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines Current unrestricted NSW Drivers' Licence and access to a registered and comprehensively insured motor vehicle First Aid Certificate and CPR A commitment to contributing to a positive team culture by upholding the Bundaleer values
