Executive Governance Manager
This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving business operations and governance.
* Lead high-performing teams across finance, procurement, and HR functions to deliver strategic outcomes.
* Provide advisory services to the Board and Executive on business planning, workforce management, and WHS policies.
* Oversee policy development and implementation, risk registers, compliance frameworks, and internal controls.
* Deliver core business processes including annual planning, statutory reporting, audits, and financial forecasting.
* Manage people and culture functions including workforce planning, employee relations, and return-to-work coordination.
* Support WHS legislative compliance and contribute to a safe working environment.
About You
* You are an experienced executive with a proven track record in driving business excellence and leading high-performing teams.
* You possess in-depth knowledge of governance, finance, HR, WHS, and risk management principles in a public sector or similar context.
* You bring strong strategic insight and a solutions-focused mindset to complex operational challenges.
* You are a confident communicator able to present to senior stakeholders, facilitate across teams, and lead with clarity.
* You have a strong understanding of Boards and government functions including relevant legislative and governance frameworks.
* You thrive on building collaborative relationships and empowering people and performance.
