Job Overview
The Business Impact Manager (BIM) supports operations and strategy within industry, capability, and market teams. Working within the Business Impact Team (BIT), the BIM assists the South East Asia Market Leader and Regional Practice Leaders in business development and management activities, acting as a trusted advisor across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Practice and Market Management: Support practice heads with problem resolution, presentation drafting, trend analysis, and strategic goal implementation. Manage meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate internal communications and initiatives.
* Commercial Activities: Track and report on commercial effectiveness, coordinate campaigns, manage project impact processes, and collaborate with finance and analytics teams on MIS development.
* Communications & Engagement: Own practice communications, support engagement and inclusion initiatives, and ensure internal information systems are up-to-date.
* Business Impact Support: Implement regional and global best practices, support practice-level process improvements, and facilitate change management.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 5+ years in consulting or professional services.
* Ownership mindset, excellent organization, and attention to detail.
* Solutions-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing competing priorities.
* Strong presentation skills, resilience in stakeholder management, and adaptability.
* Technical proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools.
