About the role
Collaborating closely with our team of Professional Qualified Risk Advisers, you will assist in the management and servicing of an existing portfolio of clients. Through administrative assistance and customer service you will make a significant contribution to maintaining our client and business relationships.
You will be supported by our team, who will train you across all aspects of Insurance Broking, giving you the skills necessary to have a successful career in the insurance industry.
Duties
* Provide administrative support to Risk Advisers as required
* Provide customer service (telephone, email, fax, mail) to various stakeholders
* Maintain professional relationships for the provision of financial services to clients
* Accurate file management meeting compliance requirements
* Completion of a Tier 2 General Insurance qualification
Desired skills, experience & qualifications
* Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Competency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
