Job Overview
An Accounts Payable Officer role involves end-to-end management of payables, daily processing and coding of supplier invoices, reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements, preparing weekly payments (EFT & BPAY), and issuing remittances. * 2+ years of experience working in Accounts Payable for a residential or commercial builder or building supplier
* Proficient in Xero accounting software
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
