This role has a focus on managing high-volume recruitment, implementing new HR processes and procedures, and building employee value proposition to support a recent acquisition and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact and growth their career.
**This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work in the office 3 days a week and 2 days from home.**
**The role**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for high volume of operational and aviation roles
- Develop and implement new HR processes and procedures
- Design and implement effective employee value proposition, working closely with Senior Commercial Leaders
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights.
**About you**
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of HR management and recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in HR policies and procedures, including employment law, compensation, and benefits.
- Show experience in implementing new HR processes and procedures and leading organisational change.
- Possess experience in acquisitions and mergers with a focus on cultural change management.
