We are also located in Regional Victoria, with offices located in Newport, Melbourne and Corio, Geelong, as well including seven other depots located across the state.About the roleThis role will be based at our head office in Quoiba and will be reporting to the Tasmanian Fuel Transport Manager.You will be responsible for supporting the organisation and coordination of our team of drivers and truck fleet to plan and allocate workloads accordingly. Commitment to achieving the most effective and efficient way to allocate drivers and resources is an important aspect to this role.The ability to communicate effectively is a critical element of the role.Key accountabilities:Fleet scheduling and load planning to ensure load efficiencies, on time deliveries and no stock outs utilising appropriate software programs and processes.Work in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.Coordinate drivers’ hours of operation and maintain shifts in accordance with the rostering system and National driving hours regulations.Ensure Hazard/Defect Register is updated, and any outstanding issues are followed up.Monitor Mass Management of the Bonney Energy fleet to ensure maximum load efficiency.Ensuring compliance with Bonney Group's controls, standards, policies and procedures at all times.Bonney Energy appreciates commitment.
