Due to business growth, Carco has an exciting career opportunity for a motivated and organised Stock Controllerto join our vibrant, collaborative team.
The Stock Controllerrole is an integral & critical role in our dealership with responsibility for the efficient organisation & management of vehicle stock ensuring the smooth & timely delivery of Customer vehicles.
ROLE:
* Stock and administration management
* Co-ordination of Vehicle logistics & transportation
* Preparation and processing forward order entry
* Liaise with & prepare Pre-Delivery repair orders
* Relationship building within the franchise network
* Managing vehicle swaps with other dealers including organising transport, invoicing & raising purchase orders
* Processing RDA on manufacturer's portal
* Involved with floorplan management
YOU:
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail
* Dealership management system experience
* Good Attitude
* Conscientious and diligent, taking full ownership for tasks & duties.
* Excellent communication & relationship building skills and strong computer literacy
* A positive can-do attitude & work ethic
* Flexible & adaptable with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Previous dealership experience favourable
