About the Role
You'll be responsible for owning and driving the commercial relationship with Priceline, delivering growth through strategic account management, brand launches, and data-led joint business planning.
This is a leadership role that requires both commercial finesse and cross-functional coordination, blending sales, marketing, and operations to deliver best-in-class outcomes. You'll also oversee a team of National Account Managers, providing guidance and mentorship while building long-term value with one of the most important partners in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end account management for a national pharmacy retailer, driving sales, margin, and share growth.
* Develop and lead joint business plans, including 3-year strategic growth initiatives.
* Execute new product launches and tailored account campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
* Negotiate commercial terms, trade spend, and promotional investments.
* Lead a high-performing team across head office and field functions, ensuring strong execution at store level.
* Analyse data and insights to evaluate promotions, optimise spend, and inform future strategies.
* Partner with supply chain and marketing to ensure operational excellence and brand alignment.
What You'll Bring:
* 5–10+ years' experience in key account management or national sales roles, ideally within pharmacy or FMCG consumer goods.
* Proven success managing complex accounts and growing sales across health, wellness, or beauty categories.
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence negotiating terms, margins, and trade spend.
* Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and supply chain.
* Highly analytical with strong understanding of data tools (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, Kantar).
* Motivated, agile, and strategic, with a passion for building long-term retailer relationships.
